Here I am going to list all the free domains(actually sub domains and Main domain) available.1.co.cc- This is one of the most popular service available.The first year is for free,but if you use for commercial website you have to renew it for 3$ per year.You also receive a free web store which ends with cc.cc along with your co.cc.You get your own nameservers.For personal usage,there is no renewal fee.Recommended for a personal web page. This was the service which I used earlier before I got my own .com

2.tk- You can use .tk for a simple URL redirection.But,you have to pay if you want to use nameservers.Of the three listed here,this is only free domain.

3.cz.cc-This is a relatively new service,and it is all similar to co.cc.You register the domain for 1 or 2 years,and you can renew the domain(in the last 30 days) for free(even for commercial purposes).Recommended for all.
To use cz.cc for your blogspot blog,the tutorial is same as that of co.cc.
