India at price of 6,990 around $125 through Karbonn website.

The Karbonn SmartTab has 7-inch 5-point capacitive multi-touch screen display, 1.2GHz MIPS JZ4770 SoC, 2-mega pixels front facing camera for video conferencing and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
The Karbonn Tablet also has 3G through USB dongle, Wi-Fi, Full HD video playback through HDMI port, 3.5mm headphone jack, orientation sensor for automatically auto-rotate, microSD card slot and 3700mAh battery provides up to 7 hours internet surfing, 8 hours video playback and 25 hours music playback.Source: Karbonn
