Increase BSNL Broadband Speed with New DNS Server Address from BSNL, Now i think you need the procedure to change the DNS Server Address then here we go, New Dns Server

1. Go to your Control Panel 
2. Click on Network Connections
3. Right Click your Local Area Connection icon and select properties.
4. Now find the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in Connection uses the following items pane and Double click on it.
5. Now you can Enter DNS Server Address As Given Below.

New DNS Server Address for BSNL Broadband

Preffered DNS : 218.248.255.212
Alternate DNS : 218.248.255.139

Old DNS Server Address for BSNL Broadband - use this if above one are not working.

218.248.240.208 
218.248.240.79
