First Create A New Setting In Ur Phone...

Port=80
Second Ip if first nt work=173.254.204.80

Now Download Ucweb handler 7.5 or Any Old Version of Ucweb And Put This As A front Query.

"203.115.112.5/track.pl/0/http/"

Its working very fast.

TIPS > Any 1 facing Any Problem Or If Front Query Not Work for you Then Remove Front query And Select  Proxy Type

then put proxy server as 

 "203.115.112.5".

Second Trick 

For Defult Mobile Browser Its Browsing+Downloding working both.
Ip=74.223.216.77 (only this ip is working with defult browser)

port=80
now use frnt qury as home page or use

"203.115.112.5/track.pl/0/http/(here ur site name or any file link who's want to downlod)"

Third Trick For Opera Mini .Its Old Rip Trick But Working fine.

Create setting..

Ip=mini5.operamini.net
Apn=airtelgprs.com
Port=80
now open opera select proxy type

>put proxy server as 203.115.112.5
now done.
